Club Meeting

The club meet Friday to discuss the upcoming fair, the 4-H showmanship and what still needed to be done. Due to none of the club officers being there, Tim opened the meeting. All birds that were brought were vaccinated. A reminder on the Belchertown fair was also given, dates are September 22-24th. The club will be at the Pigeon barn on Tuesday, August 22nd for barn setup. Reminder was given to those who were there, that the coop in is Wednesday, August 23rd from 5-9 pm. The 4-H showmanship/judging will be held on the last day of the fair, Sunday August 27th at 3 pm in the show ring for the horses. The trophy and ribbons were discussed as well. The website address was provided to all club members present. Updated membership cards were handed as well to those present and any dues collected. Due to low turn out there was no raffle. Astrid performed a clinic with the two children present. Tim brought the meeting to a close and after clean up, everyone left.
